Pradeep Nagapuri is a technology leader with 14+ years of experience building consumer and B2B products and the teams behind them. He is Co-Founder & CEO of Effimal, a decision intelligence platform for supply chain planning.
About
Pradeep Nagapuri is Co-Founder & CEO of Effimal, which he started in January 2026 with co-founder Anvesh Dunna. Effimal applies AI agents and agentic workflows to operational and strategic supply chain planning and is currently in pilot programs.
Previously he was Head of Engineering at Ormae (2022–2025), CTO at Samai and Co-Founder & CTO of Nexi. At Exponential Machines he led a team of 40+ engineers. Earlier, he founded two consumer products, eattt and Bestinhere.
He holds a dual degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay (2012). His focus is building, managing and scaling engineering teams.

Enhancing dining experiences through mobile ordering for diners and a cloud POS for restaurants.
Sold to several restaurants in Hyderabad; shut down as customer acquisition cost was too high to scale. Its business-side learnings carry into Bestinhere Business.
